DI Baseball Player of the Week

Qrey Lott

  • Batted .571 (4-for-7) with four runs scored, one double, one triple, two home runs, 10 RBI and one stolen base in two games, both wins against Tallahassee State
  • In game one, he went 3-for-4, finishing a single shy of hitting for the cycle, and drove in six runs
  • He followed that by going 1-for-3 with a home run and four RBI in game two

  • Picked up the win in relief vs. State College of Florida with four innings of one-hit ball; pitched a scoreless inning in relief vs. Eastern Florida State
  • Totaled five innings on the mound, allowed one hit, no runs and three walks with four strikeouts

  • Hit safely in each game, leading the Saints to doubleheader sweeps against Central Florida and Miami Dade
  • Against Central Florida, went a combined 5-for-6, including 3-for-3 in game two
  • Homered and drove in three runs in each game of the DH vs. Miami Dade

  • Tossed a four-hit shutout in the Raiders' 4-0 game one win vs. Daytona State; tossed 2.2 scoreless innings of relief in the game two victory
  • Authored her second shutout of the week vs. Hillsborough, allowing two hits and no walks with five strikeouts
  • In 14.2 total innings in the circle, she allowed seven hits, no runs and three walks while striking out 12

  • Went 1-for-1 with a double and scored a run in game one vs. St. Johns River State
  • In game three of the series vs. the Vikings, he was 3-for-3, homered and drove in two runs

  • Took a perfect game into the seventh inning before settling for the one-hit shutout in Bobcats' 9-0, seven-inning victory vs. Florida State College at Jacksonville
  • Struck out nine in the win

  • Batted .600 (9-for-15) with 11 runs scored, three doubles, four RBI and two stolen bases in seven games
  • Reached base safely and scored in each game for the Lakehawks, who ran their winning streak to 14 with a 7-0 week
  • Was 1-for-1, walked twice and scored three runs in game two vs. Hawkeye
  • Went a combined 7-for-10 in a three-game set vs. Pasco-Hernando State, including 3-for-3 in game two

  • Totaled 7.2 innings in the circle, allowing eight hits and no runs

  • Played together for the first time on March 14 as the Lakehawks' #4 pair and promptly rattled off seven straight victories, including three by way of winning the third set
  • In their debut match together vs. Barry, Comartin played through calf cramps and the pair overcame a 13-8 deficit in the third set to get the win and secure the 3-2 dual victory for Lake-Sumter State
  • Also picked up wins vs. Wingate, Emmanuel, Stevenson, Webber and FSCJ (2x)
