TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (November 5, 2014) - The eight-team field is now set for the FCSAA State/NJCAA District Volleyball Tournament in Jacksonville, Fla., November 6-8.

All games will be played at Florida State College at Jacksonville. Fans can watch all matches, courtesy of Florida State College at Jacksonville and Santa Fe College.

The final team to qualify for the tournament was Daytona State College, who defeated Florida State College at Jacksonville in Tuesday's Mid-Florida Conference playoff match. With the win, the Falcons clinched the MFC's No. 3 seed and will meet MFC Co-Champion Santa Fe College in opening round action. 

Other teams participating in the tournament are: the College of Central Florida, Gulf Coast State College, Miami Dade College, Palm Beach State College, Polk State College and State College of Florida.

Two of the eight teams are guaranteed a berth in the NJCAA Tournament in Casper, Wy. And for the first time, a third team will have an opportunity to play its way into the national tourney.

The winner's bracket finalists will advance to Wyoming as the District G and District H champions and play in a match to determine the FCSAA State Champion at 2 p.m., November 8. 

Meanwhile, the winner of the loser's bracket will stay in Jacksonville an extra day and meet the District O Runners-up at noon, November 9 in the District P Championship Game. The winner will advance to the national tournament. 

Tournament passes are available for $25 (adult and student). Day session admission is $10 (adult and student).
