CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Seminole State College's Carly Holadia was named NJCAA Division I Women's Runner of the Week on Wednesday.

Holadia, a sophomore from Orlando, Fla., won the Florida Gateway College Invitational last Friday with a winning 5K time of 20:46.

Holadia, the reigning NJCAA Region 8 Division I Women's Champion, will go for two in a row on Tuesday when the Raiders head to Tallahassee's Apalachee Regional Park for the 2023 FCSAA/NJCAA Region 8 Cross Country Championships.

She was named Region 8 Women's Runner of the Week on Tuesday.
