CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 30, 2019) - Pasco-Hernando State College's Olivia D'Angelo has been named the NJCAA Cross Country Runner of the Week.

This is the second Runner of the Week award for D'Angelo, a sophomore from Lutz, Fla.

D'Angelo successfully defended her individual state title at last Friday's NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA Cross Country Championships at Tallahassee's Apalachee Regional Park. She finished the 5K in a time of 19:25 to repeat as a FCSAA All-State performer. As a result, she was also named the FCSAA Female Runner of the Year for the second straight season.
