COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (September 16, 2015) - Florida continues to be the dominant region early on in the NJCAA volleyball polls.

With Polk State College's entry into this week's NJCAA Division I Volleyball Poll, Region 8 now has six teams among the nation's top 20.

The Eagles, unranked a week ago, flew into the poll at No. 14, the biggest mover of any team in this week's rankings.

The order of Florida's six nationally-ranked team shifted slightly this week, thanks to changes in the FCSAA Volleyball Coaches' Poll.

FCSAA top-ranked Hillsborough Community College is the highest-ranked team in the NJCAA poll at No. 9, up two spots from last week. Palm Beach State College is right behind at No. 10, down one spot from a week ago, and State College of Florida is ranked twelfth (No. 10 last week).

Following Polk State are Mid-Florida Conference rivals No. 17 College of Central Florida (No. 16 last week) and No. 18 Santa Fe College (No. 20 last week).

In the NJCAA Division II poll, Pasco-Hernando State College re-entered the rankings at No. 15.
