CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The NJCAA announced its final weekly awards for fall sports on Wednesday and Daytona State College's Jared Falchook was named NJCAA Division II Men's Runner of the Week.

Falchook, a sophomore from Orlando, Fla., grabbed his national honor on the heels of being crowned FCSAA Division II Men's Individual Champion. Running at Tallahassee's Apalachee Regional Park on October 24, Falchook posted a 26:04.00 in the 8K, helping Daytona State to a perfect team score en route to the FCSAA Championship. 

Falchook was also named FCSAA Division II Men's Runner of the Year. 

On Tuesday, he was named Region 8 Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
