
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) is pleased to announce its Division I All-Conference baseball teams.
The All-Conference teams were selected by coaches from the FCSAA's Division I Citrus and Panhandle Conferences.
In addition to a first- and second-team, coaches selected the following individual awards:
- Citrus Conference Player of the Year: Victor Figueroa, Florida SouthWestern
- Panhandle Conference Player of the Year: Cayden Gaskin, Northwest Florida State
- Citrus Conference Pitcher of the Year: Justin Jackson, Santa Fe
- Panhandle Conference Pitcher of the Year: Mack Estrada, Northwest Florida State
- Citrus Conference Fireman of the Year: J.T. Long, Polk State
- Panhandle Conference Fireman of the Year: Tucker Jackson, Pensacola State
- Citrus Conference Defensive Player of the Year: Salvador Alvarez, Florida SouthWestern
- Panhandle Conference Defensive Player of the Year: Carson Hepworth, Pensacola State
By virtue of winning their respective conferences, Indian River State College's Frank Torre and Northwest Florida State College's Doug Martin were recognized as the Coach of the Year for the Citrus and Panhandle, respectively.
Citrus coaches announced an All-Defensive Team while the Panhandle selected the conference's Top 10 players.
The FCSAA Division I Baseball Awards will be announced Thursday, May 9 in Tampa, Fla., as part of the FCSAA Division I Baseball Championship Round festivities.
