TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (April 26, 2016) – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) has released its NJCAA Region 8 Baseball Coaches’ Polls for April 26 and Player and Pitcher of the Week selections for baseball and softball for games played April 18-24.
This is the final poll for baseball. The next Player and Pitcher of the Week selections for baseball and softball will be released May 3.

- Batted .467 (7-for-15) with four runs scored, one double, two home runs, seven RBIs and two stolen bases in four games during the voting period
- Led Polk State to a 4-0 record and the Suncoast Conference Championship
- Homered as part of a 3-for-5, 5-RBI day vs. South Florida State (4/18/16); was 2-for-3, scored two runs, homered and drove in two vs. South Florida State (4/22/16); added another multi-hit game vs. State College of Florida (4/23/16), going 2-for-4
