TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (April 20, 2021) - The Florida College System Activities Association has released its weekly coaches' polls and announced its Player of the Week Awards in Baseball and Softball.

Region 8 Players of the Week Awards (for all games played April 12-18)
Congratulations to the following student-athletes who received Player of the Week recognition:
- Baseball Player of the Week: Austin Kelly, Northwest Florida State
- Baseball Pitcher of the Week: Dylan DeLucia, Northwest Florida State
- Softball Player of the Week: Mackenzie Trgo, Lake-Sumter State
- Softball Pitcher of the Week: Alyssa Kelly, Daytona State
All Player of the Week honorees will be considered for NJCAA Player of the Week honors, which be announced Wednesday.
