NJCAA Region 8 Basketball Notebook: December 3

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (December 3, 2019) – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) has released its NJCAA Region 8 Men's and Women's Basketball Coaches' Polls for December 2 and Player of the Week selections for games played through November 25-December 1.

The next poll and player of the week selections will be released December 10.

  • Shot 52.3 percent (23-of-44) from the field, 50.0 percent (13-of-26) from three and 88.9 percent (8-of-9) from the free throw line
  • Led the Manatees to a pair of wins, including one vs. nationally-ranked USC-Salkehatchie
  • In the win over USC-Salkehatchie, he had 39 points, six rebounds, two assists, three steals and four blocks

  • Led Northwest Florida State to wins over Georgia Highlands and Walters State
  • Had 15 points on an efficient 7-of-8 shooting against Georgia Highlands; tallied 17 points, seven rebounds and five blocks against Walters State
