TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (September 20, 2016) – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) has released its NJCAA Region 8 Volleyball Coaches’ Poll for September 20 and Player, Defensive Player and Setter of the Week selections for matches played September 12-18.
The next poll and individual weekly awards will be released September 27.

- Led Miami Dade to four wins in six matches, including straight set wins over No. 1 Polk State and No. 2 Hillsborough
- Averaged 4.6 kills, 0.6 service aces, 1.4 digs, 0.4 blocks and 5.4 points over 21 total sets
- Also posted a .347 hitting percentage
- Recorded double-digit kills in five of six matches, including 20 vs. Hillsborough and 21 vs. Polk State
- Added 12 digs vs. Polk State for the double-double

- Led Palm Beach State to a 4-1 record in matches played last week
- Averaged 6.6 digs over a total of 17 sets played
- Recorded double-figure digs in all five matches, including three entries in the 25-Dig Club: 26 vs. Florida State College, 25 vs. Daytona State and 26 vs. State College of Florida
- Credited with 20 digs in a straight set win over Miami Dade

- Averaged 18.9 assists over six matches and nine total sets
- Also averaged 0.6 kills, 2.8 digs and 0.7 blocks
- Posted double-double assists in her final five matches of the week, including 84 combined in wins over Hillsborough (40) and Polk State (44)
