COLORADO SPRINGS, (December 3, 2015) - Indian River State College' s Alexandra Lilliquist and Polk State College's Yue Wu lead the contingent of players from Region 8 recognized with NJCAA All-America honors.
Seven players from Region 8 - six Division I, one Division II - made the various All-America lists.
In addition to Lilliquist and Yu, other players from Florida include:
- Nathaly Alvarez, Central Florida, second-team (DI)
- Alica Kandler, Daytona State, second-team (DI)
- Cherlie Adorno Dejesus, Hillsborough, second-team (DI)
- Heather Driscoll, Palm Beach State, honorable mention (DI)
- Teddi Wright, Pasco-Hernando State, second-team (DII)
