COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (December 9, 2014) - Six volleyball student-athletes from Region 8 earned NJCAA All-America honors.

The group included four Division I honorees and a pair of Division II recipients, both from Pasco-Hernando State College.

Leading the way were Division I first-team All-Americans Julymar Otero (Fr., RS/Opp, College of Central Florida) and Maja Ristic (So., OH, State College of Florida). Daytona State College's Alica Kandler (Fr., OH) and Miami Dade College's Silvia Galeano (So., OH) were both second-team All-America selections.

Pasco-Hernando State's Jordan Bickett (So., OH) was named to the Division II second-team All-America team while teammate Logan Miller (So., RS/Opp) was honorable mention. Together, they helped the Quistas advance to the NJCAA Division II National Tournament.
