TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (November 27, 2018) - For the first time in its 11-year history, the Florida College's Women's Basketball Shootout will take place at a single site - Suncoast Credit Union Arena on the campus of Florida SouthWestern State College.
The annual Shootout, the signature event for women's basketball in Region 8, begins Thursday, November 29 and continues through Sunday, December 2.
The 2018 event is hosted by the Suncoast Conference.
All 18 teams in Region 8 will convene on the FSW campus for 18 games over four days. All games can be seen live online, courtesy of Florida SouthWestern State College.
St. Petersburg College and Broward College will tip things off at 2 p.m. Thursday followed by games at 4, 6 and 8 p.m. Five games are scheduled for both Friday and Saturday, beginning at 12 p.m. both days. Sunday's slate features four games beginning at 11 a.m.
