COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (September 19, 2016) - First-year program Daytona State College earned its first-ever NJCAA men's soccer ranking on Monday.

The Falcons, who entered play this week with a 5-1 record, cracked the NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer Poll for the first time, earning a No. 20 ranking.

Daytona State's ranking also marked a first for Region 8, who placed three teams in the national rankings for the first time.

Eastern Florida State College moved up four spots to No. 13 and Broward College entered the poll at No. 17 after receiving votes last week.
