Daytona State's Brandon Berg headlines men's soccer All-Americans

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (December 7, 2016) - Daytona State College's Brandon Berg is one of three men's soccer standouts from Region 8 to be named NJCAA All-America.

Berg, who transferred from Darton (Ga.) State College after the Cavaliers dropped their program, made an immediate impact with the first-year Falcons and was named an NJCAA first-team All-American. 

Berg was previously named First-team All-Region 8 as a defender, and he shared Region 8 Player of the Year honors with Eastern Florida State College's Craig McCall, who was named Third-teamm All-America along with Broward College's Kevin Coiffic. 

McCall was previous named First-team All-Region 8 Midfield while Coiffic joined Berg on the All-Region 8 First-team as a defender.
