The eight-member Division II All-FCSAA team was voted on by the FCSAA's four Division II men's basketball coaches. 

Headlining the team is FCSAA Division II Men's Basketball Player of the Year, Tarence Guinyard of Florida State College at Jacksonville. 

Guinyard, a sophomore guard from Tampa, Fla., has appeared in 29 games and leads Region 8 in scoring at 21.8 points per game while also averaging 6.1 rebounds and 3.2 assists. Shooting-wise, he leads Region 8 with 86 threes and 159 free throws while his 194 total field goals made is second-best. He also leads the region with 62 steals. 

Guinyard is a four-time NJCAA Region 8 Division II Player of the Week selection during the 2023-24 season.

The All-FCSAA team will be recognized in between Friday's semifinal games at the FCSAA Division II/NJCAA Region 8 Championship in Lake Worth, Fla.
