CHARLOTTE, N.C. (January 4, 2023) - Santa Fe College's Nasir Mann was named the NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball Player of the Week on Wednesday.

Mann, a sophomore guard from Gainesville, Fla., averaged 20.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.0 steal and 1.5 blocks in two games during the voting period of December 12-January 1.

He shot 53.6 percent (15-of-28) from the field, 70.0 percent (7-of-10) from three and 80.0 percent (4-of-5) from the free throw line.

Mann led the Saints to a pair of wins behind a double-double (17 points, 13 rebounds) vs. Hillsborough Community College and a season-high matching 24 points vs. Florida Gateway College. 

Mann was named the NJCAA Region 8 Men's Basketball Player of the Week on Tuesday.
