TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (May 3, 2023) – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) is pleased to announce its 2023 Division II All-FCSAA/All-NJCAA Region 8 baseball team.
The 13-member Division II All-FCSAA team, which includes the Fireman of the Year and also recognizes the Player and Pitcher of the Year, was voted on by the FCSAA's six Division II baseball coaches.
Separate from the All-FCSAA vote, coaches selected a Gold Glove Team and Defensive Player of the Year.

FCSAA Division II Player of the Year
Brylan West, South Florida State

Previously named the Sun-Lakes Conference Player of the Year...appeared in 53 games...ranks fourth in Region 8 in batting (.411), third in RBI (53) and fourth in home runs (10)...also scored 61 runs and stole eight bases.

Previously named the Sun-Lakes Conference Pitcher of the Year...appeared in 14 games...leads Region 8 with 98 strikeouts, is second with eight wins and fourth with a 3.67 ERA...three-time FCSAA/Region 8 Pitcher of the Week.
