COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 27, 2016) - St. Johns River State College moved into the top ten in this week's NJCAA Murucci Sports Division I Baseball Poll.

After being unranked in the NJCAA's preseason poll, St. Johns River State entered at No. 13 in the first regular season rankings on April 13. Last week, the Vikings were ranked No. 12. 

Region 8 now has three teams in the top ten, with the Vikings joined by No. 3 Santa Fe College and No. 7 Chipola College.

A fourth team from Region 8, Polk State College, made the biggest jump in the poll, rising six spots to No. 12.

Broward College received votes in this week's poll.

In the NJCAA Murruci Sports Division II Baseball Poll, Pasco-Hernando State College re-entered at No. 17.
