COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (September 10, 2015) - Eastern Florida State College's women's soccer team is the new No. 1 team in the NJCAA's Division I Women's Soccer Poll.
The Titans took the final step to the top ranking after coming in at No. 2 last week. Eastern Florida State currently sits at 3-0 on the season.
Eastern Florida State's men's soccer team also soared upward in this week's rankings, making a two spot jump to No. 2 in the NJCAA's Division I Men's Soccer Poll.
The Tians moved up two spots, as did Monroe (N.Y.) College, who took over the top ranking following a loss by Tyler (Texas) Junior College, who slipped three spots to No. 4.
Eastern Florida State and Monroe played to a 2-2 tie on August 30 and both teams share matching 2-0-1 records.
