TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (January 26, 2016) – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) has released its NJCAA Region 8 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Coaches’ Polls for January 26 and Player of the Week selections for the week ending January 24.
The next poll and player of the week selections will be released February 2.

- In his only game of the week, recorded a double-double (13 points, 20 assists) in Central Florida’s 85-76 win over Florida State College-Jacksonville
- Set a Central Florida single-game record with 20 assists, a number that is believed to a single-game record for Region 8
- Shot 50.0 percent (3-of-6) from the field, 75.0 percent (3-of-4) from the three-point line and 66.7 percent (4-of-6) from the free throw line

- Averaged 38.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.5 steals and 0.5 blocks in two games
- Shot 53.7 percent (22-of-41) from the field, 64.3 percent (9-of-14) on three-pointers and 85.2 percent (23-of-27) from the free throw line
- Led Miami Dade to split of two games in Southern Conference play
- Against Broward, scored 34 points on 11-of-22 shooting. Followed that up with a 42-point outburst in a win over St. Petersburg, one in which she shot 11-of-19 from the field and 15-of-16 from the free throw line.
