COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (February 10, 2016) - Eastern Florida State College climbed into the top ten of the latest NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball Poll. 

The Titans, newly-minted as the top team in the Region 8 Men's Basketball Coaches' Poll, jumped four spots to No. 7, the highest ranking of a trio of teams from Florida in this week's national poll.

Northwest Florida State College slipped five spots to No. 3 and Palm Beach State College dropped six spots to No. 25. 

Two other schools - the College of Central Florida and Tallahassee Community College - received votes in this week's poll.

In the NJCAA Division I Women's Basketball Poll, Gulf Coast State College, who suffered its first loss of the season on Saturday night at Chipola College, fell from the top spot in the poll to No. 2. 

Daytona State College stayed put at No. 3, as did Chipola, who remains ranked No. 6. 

Northwest Florida State fell three spots to No. 20 while Eastern Florida State received votes.
