COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 15, 2015) - The College of Central Florida's run atop the NJCAA Division I Softball Poll may have come to an end but the Patriots didn't fall far.

Central Florida, who suffered a sweep to Seminole State College, only dropped one spot to No. 2 and opened the door for Salt Lake (Utah) Community College to move into the No. 1 ranking.

The Patriots have plenty of company from Region 8 in the top ten.

Aforementioned Seminole State moved up one spot to No. 7, while Indian River State College climbed one spot to No. 8.

Chipola College moved into the top ten for the first time this season, jumping two spots to No. 9.
