TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (January 4, 2022) - The Florida College System Activities Association has released its weekly coaches' polls and Player of the Week selections for men's and women's basketball.

Region 8 Player of the Week Awards (for all games December 13-January 2)

Congratulations to the following student-athletes who received Player of the Week recognition:

• Region 8 Men's Basketball Player of the Week: Bryant Selebangue, Florida SouthWestern
• Region 8 Women's Basketball Player of the Week: Aleisha Curry, Santa Fe

All Player of the Week honorees will be considered for NJCAA Player of the Week honors, which will be announced Wednesday.
