TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (January 31, 2017) – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) has released its NJCAA Region 8 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Coaches’ Polls for January 31 and Player of the Week selections for games played January 23-29.
The next poll and player of the week selections will be released February 7.

- Shot 48.6 percent (17-of-35) from the floor, 38.5 percent (5-of-13) from the three-point line and 72.7 percent (8-of-11) from the free throw line
- Led Florida SouthWestern to Southern Conference victories over ASA Miami (90-44) and Miami Dade (76-61)
- Recorded 29 points, eight rebounds, six assists and three steals in the win over ASA Miami then followed that with a double-double – 18 points and 13 rebounds – against Miami Dade
